Simran is a fantastic instructor; very engaging, supportive, concise, and teaches information in an easy to understand way for beginners that is also not overexplaining for anyone with previous course experience. This was my second time taking a first aid course and even though I had learned this information before, Simran still taught it in a way that made it feel like it was novel as opposed to other repeat certifications I have done.
