Blended Learning: A Flexible and Efficient Training Solution

This approach maximizes learning outcomes while minimizing time commitment, making it an ideal solution for both individuals and organizations.
Program Structure
π» Self-Paced Online Training
- Participants complete approximately 6 hours of online modules at their own pace, providing the flexibility to learn on their schedule before attending the in-person session.
π« In-Class Training (1-Day Session)
- The in-class component is focused on practical skill development and the application of theoretical knowledge, ensuring participants are well-prepared to handle real-world emergency situations.
Key Benefits of Blended Learning

π Convenience and Flexibility
- The online training component allows participants to complete coursework at their convenience, from any location, while the in-person session provides an immersive, hands-on experience.
π Enhanced Learning Efficiency
- The in-class session is dedicated to applying knowledge and refining practical skills, making it a highly focused and effective use of time.
This blended approach is ideal for organizations seeking to efficiently train multiple employees, as well as for individuals who require flexibility in their learning schedule.
