Late Policy

At Brampton First Aid CPR, we prioritize maintaining a structured and efficient learning environment to ensure that everyone receives the best possible training. Please note the following guidelines regarding late arrivals:

• ⏰ Punctuality is Essential: We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early to ensure a smooth start to your class at any location.
• 🚫 Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, you will not be able to join the class.
• 🔄 Rescheduling: Latecomers will need to reschedule for another class, and a rebooking fee may apply.
• 📝 Full Participation Required: To meet certification requirements, attendance and active participation in the entire class are necessary.
