Refund and Rebooking Policy for Training Partners with the Red Cross
At Brampton First Aid CPR, we are dedicated to providing exceptional training and customer service. To ensure transparency and fairness, the following No Refund and Rebooking Policy has been implemented for courses in partnership with the Canadian Red Cross.
๐ No Refund Policy
- โ No refunds will be issued for any cancellations, no-shows, or participants who fail to attend the course.
- Once a registration is confirmed, course fees are non-refundable.
๐ Rebooking Policy
- ๐ Rebooking requests must be submitted at least 2ย business days prior to the course date to avoid additional fees.
- ๐ฒ Rebooking Fee:
- $50 fee for Stndardย rebooking 2-5ย business days before the course date.

- ๐ Rebooking Availability:
- Rebooking is subject to availability. We recommend early rebooking to secure your preferred course date.
- โ ๏ธ Rebooking is allowed once per registration.
๐ Special Circumstances
- ๐ฉบ Medical Emergencies:
- In the event of a medical emergency, participants may request rebooking with appropriate documentation (e.g., doctorโs note) within 7 days of the course date.
- ๐ข Corporate/Group Bookings:
- For corporate or group bookings, cancellation or rebooking requests must be made at least 10 business days before the scheduled course. Additional group booking fees may apply.
