This comprehensive two-day course equips participants with essential First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) skills. Ideal for individuals meeting workplace requirements or those seeking emergency response knowledge for personal use, the course adheres to provincial/territorial safety legislation and reflects the latest First Aid and CPR standards.

- Delivered by a certified Red Cross First Aid Instructor.
Certification Requirements
βοΈ Successfully demonstrate all required skills, including critical steps.
βοΈ Achieve a minimum 75% score on a written, closed-book knowledge evaluation.
βοΈ Maintain 100% attendance with active participation.
βοΈ Uphold the Fundamental Principles outlined by the Red Cross.

- Validity: 3 years

- CPR Level A or C

Recertification
